Delivery within the UK

£4.95 Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days): Delivery in the UK is by a Royal Mail Tracked Service.
£6.95 Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12pm GMT for delivery the next working day and must be to a delivery address within the UK. Deliveries for the Scottish Highlands can take up to 5 working days. Deliveries are via courier and must be signed for.

Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g. orders placed on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

International Delivery:
International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.  Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.  These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country.  Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.  Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged and additional shipping fee.

Returns:
Faulty, incorrect orders or deliveries
If you are returning the goods owing to the goods being either faulty, incomplete or delivered to the incorrect address we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (including the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our Customer Services Department, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other reasons:
If you return items for reasons other than defects with the goods, an incorrect order or delivered incorrectly, you will be required to pay for the return of the item or items to us. Please ensure that the package is secure and in the same condition it was received, for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

All on-line shop orders are inclusive of VAT.

All trade orders are exclusive of VAT.

Payments:
On-line Shop orders, Debit/Credit Card

(Trade Accounts) By cheque, made payable to - Touch of Nature Ltd or BACS transfer, account: details on request.

All orders are dispatched on receipt of payment and funds being cleared, unless it is to be charged to your existing 30 day trade credit account.
